There are some great online resources available to make sure you are looking after the mental wellbeing side of things too …
Business.govt.nz – If you or your employees are feeling overwhelmed or anxious, there is free help available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Groov – download the free Groov app and check out their practical tips for dealing with uncertainty and stress and many ways to take care of your well-being.
Just a Thought – Staying on Track is a free online course designed to help you tackle worry and stress, so you can take care of your mental and emotional wellbeing.
